SGFMA Scholarship Awards – 2025

Skyler Elliott is from Lancaster, South Carolina and has lived there her entire life. She works part-time at Rack Room Shoes as a Sales Associate and attends Valdosta State University as a Dean’s List student. She is an American Sign Language Interpreting major and went into this program with four years of ASL under her belt. She chose this career path as she enjoy helping people and want to put good into the world.

Daughter of Brandon Elliott, Lancaster County Fleet

Trisha is currently a first-grade teacher at Ninety-Six Primary School. She recently graduated from Lander University with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is now working on obtaining her master’s degree Teaching and Learning with a concentration in Instructional Technology from Lander University.
